MY ACCOUNT

How do I create my customer account?

To create your Germaine des prés customer account, go to our website. Click on the pictogram corresponding to the character at the top right. You will then be able to create your account with an email address and a password.

How do I reset my forgotten password?

You can reset it from the "login" page. You will then receive an email asking you to choose a new password.

How to follow the news of Germaine de prés ?

In order to be informed of new collections, exclusive collaborations or benefit from special offers or some nice surprises, do not hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter and on our social networks.

Which size to choose?

Choose your usual size in all our models. If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger of the two.

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

We prepare your order within two days (working days).

The delivery time varies according to the country selected.

DELIVERY

Do you deliver internationally?

Germaine des prés delivers everywhere in France and abroad.

What are the delivery options?

The standard delivery is free of charge from 60€ for France and 150€ for Europe and the rest of the world. Express delivery will be charged whatever the amount of the order depending on the destination country.

For France, standard deliveries are made by Lettre Suivie or Colissimo. Delivery is free for orders over 60€. The delivery time is from 48 to 72 hours.

For an Express delivery, the rate is 12€

For Europe, the standard delivery, 4-5 days, (Colissimo or Delivengo) is free from 150€. For purchases below 150€ the cost is 10€.

For an express delivery the cost will be 18€.

For the rest of the world, standard deliveries are made by post with tracking (5 to 10 days depending on the country) and cost 12€. Delivery is free for orders over 200€.

Express delivery is 25€

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These costs are exclusively at the expense of

How do I track my delivery?

You can follow your order from "my account" then "my orders".

Germaine des prés cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery by the local postal services.

FEEDBACK AND EXCHANGES

My item doesn't fit, what can I do?

We are sorry, but do not worry, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to make an exchange or return. Returns are at the customer's expense.

For returns from outside the EU, please make sure to fill out the customs declaration and specify that it is a return to avoid paying taxes. In the event of an erroneous declaration resulting in the payment of taxes, the latter will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your items, the easiest way is to write to us at eshop@germainedespres.com with the subject "Exchange", specifying the number of your order, the item you want to exchange and what you want to exchange it for. We are at your disposal to advise you.

Return

If you prefer a return, send us a message to eshop@germainedespres.com with the subject "Return", indicating the order number, the item in question and the reason for the return (so that we can better understand what went wrong).

The article must then imperatively be turned over in its packing of origin, not worn, not washed and be accompanied by the invoice or the number of order to the following address

To avoid the risk of loss or delay, we strongly advise you to send your order with a tracking number. We hope that next time you will find your happiness!

When and how will I be reimbursed?

Upon receipt of the item we will send you a refund via the payment method you used to place your order. The refund process is usually done within 5 days of receipt.

Is the payment secure?

The payment is 100% secure. Transactions are secured by the PayPal and Stripe payment systems. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using SSL protocol. These data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. It is not stored on our computer systems either.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with your credit card (Visa or Mastercard, American Express), or via Paypal.

How to benefit from our offers?

CRAFTSMANSHIP AND COMMITMENT

Where are the products made?

Our models are first created and imagined in our studio in France, then handcrafted in India, in rigorously selected workshops, partners since the beginning of Germaine des prés.

How are the materials used selected?

For 10 years, we have been carefully making underwear in 100% natural materials, respectful of your skin and of the environment, woven by hand, without elastane or lycra, for more comfort and lightness. Our line of organic cotton panties is GOTS certified. GOTS is the most demanding certification in the textile industry: it requires cotton from organic farming, dyes without toxic components and respectful and ethical working conditions. On our GOTS labels you will find a license number that guarantees the best traceability.

We take care to reuse our fabric scraps in the manufacture of our pouches and gift boxes.
