RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
My article doesn’t suit me, what can I do?
We are sorry but don’t worry, you have 14 days from the date you receive the package to make an exchange or return. The return fees are the client’s responsibility.
If you want to make an exchange, the simplest thing is to write us at email@example.com using the subject “Exchange” and by specifying the order number, article it concerns and what you would like to exchange it for. We are available to advise you.
If you prefer to make a return, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject “Return” and indicate the order number, article it concerns and reason for the return (so we can better understand what wasn’t right.)
The article must then imperatively be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and accompanied by the bill or order number to the following address:

To avoid loss or delays, we strongly advise you to send it with a tracking number.
As soon as we receive the article, we will reimburse you by the way you paid when you placed the order. The reimbursement process usually takes 5 days from when we receive it.
